Bukan semua lemak jahat!

Betul ke bukan semua lemak jahat? Betul. Tak percaya? Meh saya ceritakan.

Bagaimana lemak asid Omega 3 dalam Omega Guard membakar lemak?

Ramai beranggapan bahawa minyak ikan untuk otak sahaja. Tapi sebenarnya TIDAK. Nampaknya lecithin ada persaingan. Tapi jangan risau. Lecithin memang berkesan. So does Omega Guard tapi perbezaannya adalah HARGA & KEBERKESANANNYA.

So macam mana lemak asid boleh membakar lemak ye?

Omega 3 fats help you burn fat by helping your body respond better to a hormone called Leptin (Leptin is the Greek word for thin)

Leptin tells your body (your brain) to suppress your appetite making you eat less so you can maintain or lose weight.

Leptin increases your metabolism by increasing your thyroid output (your thyroid regulates your metabolism)

Leptin also caused your body to burn fat for energy.

If your body isn't responding well to Leptin then the reverse happens - you'll be hungrier and you'll store more fat.

Maka,pengambilan Lemak Omega 3 membantu badan kita untuk memberi respon yg lebih baik kepada hormon Leptin tu supaya kita dapat meningkatkan pembakaran lemak dan meningkatkan metabolisma kita.

3 lagi cara di mana Omega 3 membantu kita menurunkan berat badan dengan cara:

1. Omega 3 membantu kita mengawal rasa lapar dengan cara menstabilkan paras gula dalam darah.

2. Satu study di Australia menunjukkan bahawa seseorang yg mengambil Omega 3 sambil melakukan program senaman akan membakar lemak lebih banyak daripada mereka yg hanya bersenam dan tidak mengambil Omega 3 dan membakar lemak lebih banyak daripada mereka yg bersenam dan mengambil lemak jenis lain.

3. Kajian yg dilakukan di Jepun dan Republik Czech menunjukkan bahawa Lemak Omega 3 boleh menghalang pembentukan dan kejadian lemak hodoh pada badan dan kajian yg sama mendapati bahawa Omega 3 menggalakkan pembakaran lemak yg lebih.

Jadi, kesimpulan daripada ceramah dan leteran yg panjang di atas mudah je. Minyak ikan bukan sekadar elok untuk otak. Malah, minyak ikan bagus untuk mereka yg nak kuruskan badan dengan cara sihat di samping bersenam.

Dah la otak jadi cerdas, badan ramping, jantung pon sihat! 3 biji je sehari!
